EARLY HELP MODEL
Our Early Help model is proactive and trauma-responsive. It offers timely guidance and tailored wellbeing support in private, comfortable spaces. No referral or diagnosis is needed – just walk in when you need us or book an appointment online.
Our model offers one-off or regular sessions, which can be in person or virtual, providing a range of methods suitable for all ages and where useful, Gentillesse offers a signposting service to our partners where longer-term support could be beneficial.
THE TEA ROOM
A calm, relational space where connection begins and support feels natural. It’s a place to slow down, share a moment, and access help in a gentle, stigma-free environment.
